By Sole Shareholder’s Decision no. 12 dated 18 December 2025, note was taken of Mr. Stănescu Nicolae Bogdan Codruţ’s resignation from the position of member of the Board of Administration of DEPOGAZ, as well as from the position of Chairman thereof, the resignation becoming effective as of 12 December 2025. The Sole Shareholder further ascertained the termination of the Mandate Agreement no. 1173/07.02.2023, concluded with Mr. Stănescu Nicolae Bogdan Codruţ, having as its object the exercise of the office of administrator, effective as of 15 December 2025.

Following the completion of the selection process for the position of General Manager of DEPOGAZ, the Board of Administration appointed Ms. Sanda-Mădălina Moise as General Manager by Decision No. 29 of 9 December 2025. The appointment is effective for the period from December 11, 2025 to March 6, 2027 and is made in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, as amended and supplemented.
