Extension of Temporary General Manager’s Mandates

Extension by two months of Ms. Sanda-Mădălina Moise’s mandate as Temporary General Manager of DEPOGAZ
 

During the meeting of the DEPOGAZ Board of Directors, held on October 29, 2025, the Board approved the signing of an addendum to the mandate contract of the Temporary General Manager no. 1897/03.06.2025, in accordance with the provisions of Article 29¹ paragraphs (2) and (5) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

The addendum provides for the extension of Ms. Sanda-Mădălina Moise’s mandate by two months, while maintaining the same contractual terms regarding remuneration, responsibilities, and obligations.
