Appointment of Ms. Sanda-Mădălina Moise as Temporary General Manager of DEPOGAZ
 

Pursuant to Decision No. 9/02.06.2025 of the Board of Administration of DEPOGAZ, Mr. Vasile Cârstea was dismissed from the position of General Manager of DEPOGAZ, effective as of June 3rd, 2025.

By the same Decision, the Board of Administration resolved to appoint Ms. Sanda-Mădălina Moise, a professional with 33 years of experience in energy, oil and gas sector, as Temporary General Manager of DEPOGAZ, effective as of June 3rd, 2025. Ms. Sanda Mădălina Moise shall carry out her mandate for a period of five months, in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 109/2011 regarding the corporate governance of public enterprises.
