Appointment of Ms. Sanda-Mădălina Moise as General Manager of DEPOGAZ

Following the completion of the selection process for the position of General Manager of DEPOGAZ, the Board of Administration appointed Ms. Sanda-Mădălina Moise as General Manager by Decision No. 29 of 9 December 2025. The appointment is effective for the period from December 11, 2025 to March 6, 2027 and is made in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises as amended and supplemented.
